Meet
Rosemary Scalzi, proprietor
of Major Cakes.
Rosemary
has had a passion for cake decorating for over 16 years. Initially
working in a pattiserie, Rosemary discovered that she loved
creating magnificent cakes and has successfully combined skills
she learnt there with many other self-taught skills to become
the very successful and talented cake decorator that she is
today. Rosemary has also undertaken Cake Decorating leisure
courses at TAFE in Adelaide to perfect her skills.
Major
Cakes has been Rosemary's very successful business for over
6 years now, and she is now supported by a very talented and
supportive team of 10 exceptionally artistic co-workers. |
